General Home Inspection
The General Home Inspection abides by the State of Wisconsin’s Standards of Practice (SOP). As long as they are visible and safely accessible, the following areas of the home will be thoroughly inspected:
A Pre-Listing Inspection can be scheduled before a home is listed on the market. During inspection, I look for any damages or defects that a seller wouldn’t want potential buyers to discover, giving them time to have them prepared before the home is put on the market.
A Re-Inspection can be scheduled as a follow-up to a General Home Inspection. During a Re-Inspection, any changes agreed upon by the buyer and seller of the home will be checked to ensure that they are completed as requested.
11th Month Inspection
An 11th Month Inspection is completed during the 11th month of a builder’s warranty. During inspection, I look for damages and defects that could be covered under the warranty, giving the homeowner time to repair them in the final month.
4 Point Inspection
A 4 Point Inspection covers a home’s most significant areas for insurance purposes – plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and roof.
We also offer these additional services:
Radon is an extremely toxic gas that can cause lung cancer in people exposed to it. Because radon cannot be seen, smelled, or tasted, I use professional equipment to measure levels of radon in the home and advise remediation.
With an advanced Thermal Imaging Camera, I can find areas of moisture intrusion and heat loss within the walls of a home. With this information, I can determine if there are any issues with a home’s electrical panel.
Aerial Drone Photography
If a roof cannot be reached safely for inspection, an Aerial Drone may be used to collect high-quality images from above the property.
